Location

The building is located in the historic city centre of Budapest, in the 6th District, on the Pest side. The property is situated next to Oktogon, on the corner of Andrássy út and Liszt Ferenc tér, at Andrássy út 47.

Andrássy út is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a historical avenue of Budapest. There are shops of many world-famous brands, excellent restaurants and grocery stores in the area. The environmental and infrastructural amenities of the property are very good. The most important tourist destinations in the area are the Opera House, the Academy of Music, St. Stephen’s Basilica, the City Park and the Museum Quarter, and one of the most popular entertainment districts of the capital, the ‘Broadway of Pest’, is found in the immediate vicinity of the property. There is also the Westend City Center shopping centre and the Fashion Street shopping street nearby.

FLAT INTERIORS

The spaces were conceived in accordance with its rating as a listed building: 13 premium quality flats were created by retaining the street and interior façades and converting the attic.

The original functions of the building are preserved on the basement level, the ground floor and on the mezzanine alike: two areas with a commercial function and one area with catering function have been created with floor areas of 351, 335 and 439 m2, respectively (shell and core completion level).

The planned functions fit well into the business concept of both Andrássy út and Liszt Ferenc tér, and with proper utilization they can be connected to serving residential needs as an additional service.
